Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all professional services booked through rietway.com, our client portal, or our team (company registration, GST, trademark, licences, compliance, and related advisory work).

1. Before work begins

If you cancel a service before our team has started any work, drafting, or filing on your behalf, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment-gateway charges already deducted.

2. After work has started

Once documentation has been drafted, an application has been filed with a government department (MCA, GST, trademark registry, etc.), or a government fee has been paid on your behalf, that stage is non-refundable, since the fee has already been used for the service delivered or paid to the government. Any remaining unstarted stages of the engagement remain refundable.

3. Government fees & statutory charges

Government/statutory fees paid to MCA, GST department, trademark registry, or any other authority are collected on a pass-through basis and are non-refundable once paid, as these go directly to the respective department and are outside our control.

4. Delays or errors on our part

If a delay or error is solely attributable to Rietway (for example, an incorrect filing caused by our team's mistake), we will either correct it at no extra cost or offer a partial refund of our professional fee for that stage, at our discretion, after review.

5. How to request a refund

Email consultants.rietway@gmail.com or call +91 93113 44984 with your order ID / client code. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
